Origins

I was created as a weapon to terraform Earth during the Uprising War, however the resistance from humanity caused my mental link to my creators to become severed, leaving behind a feral, lawless creature conflicted between my original design and the done's programming that I inhabited.
The only one I saw as somewhat like myself, was Koru - named 'Boy' by his human companions - a Kaiju/Human hybrid.

Canon Deviations:

  • After Zarc was sealed by Reira the timeline reset and became Timeline M rather than the continuation shown in the anime.
  • Everyone who was carded was never brought back.
  • Many of us had far more mental outbursts, psychological issues, and confrontations not depicted in the anime.
  • I was mixed race, my father was Black, and my mother was either Japanese or White (unknown nationality).

Timeline M

Like with the previous timeline, many of the darkest aspects of society were never shown, including but not limited to; crime, card trafficking, physical assault, abuse, and political corruption.

Sakaki Yuya

Timeline A

Before the reset I had a keen interest in Yuya which eventually evolved into an obsession.

After Yuya's father popularized Dueltaining through his Action Duels and vanished soon after, the sudden media spike caught my interest and I learned he had a son.

I spent much of my time in front of monitors already monitoring Miami City, so surveillance capabilities were already at my disposal, and I would often take time out of my day to see what he was up to as I developed a slowly increasing interest in Yuya Sakaki.
I was somewhat isolated at LDS, and I'd always struggled to make friends being a very bright student and prioritizing my learning over socializing. I couldn't relate to others growing up, which I carried that through most of my life. Even more so when my father abandoned us, resulting in my mother becoming more strict with me and further encouraging me to work hard.
I believed I had to act as the new head of the family, and through that weight of responsibility suppressed most of my emotions and childish behaviors.

I was curious about how Yuya thought, and Dueltainment was something.. 'alien' to me. As someone who's primarily logic-based, I saw emotional influence as a form of ability and power that I was completely devoid of. My father worked with Yuya's father, and through their work connections, I was influenced by my father's respect for him, allowing me past my initial pride of logic to consider the merit of bringing entertainment to people.
Yuya Sakaki was emotion and I was logic, and so as they say.. "opposites attract".

It is not much to imply I became Yuya's stalker to some degree, as that's ultimately what I was, and a behavior to track him down was something that continued to persist after the reset - however my actions were far more morally grey before the reset, than after.

Timeline M

I learned of Yuya much later on in this timeline, where I was already somewhere around age 15.
I'm also still currently unsure what Yuya's gender/sex was in this timeline. They may have been a FtM, a tomboyish presenting cis female, or a soft-featured cis male. Either way, I know I originally thought they were male and addressed them as such.

Yuya this time was not someone I took a positive interest in, but a negative one. I blamed his father for the death of my own and felt I had to fight him for the power of GOD, and also eventually for his Adam Factor.

Rather than being obsessed with him, I was driven by my desire to fight him for what I believed was the right thing to do. It was a clash of ideals, driven by anger, and Yuya carrying a guilt that he sought to amend by showing me the appeal of Action Duels - something I refused to take part in due to his father's invention of it.

I was driven mad with revenge, yet through some act of inconceivable good will on Yuya's part, I was eventually shown what truly mattered, and I softened. I ultimately gave up the power of the GOD card as a result of what he showed me: kindness, and a love for being alive in spite of the pain that life brings.

There on I accepted his friendship, and eventually, we became romantic partners with a long-lasting healthy relationship, eventually marrying. This is the only romantic relationship I remember in any timeline.
